Earth's ever-changing climate affects its outer skin and shapes the morphology of the future. By slightly rearranging these environments manually, temporary sculptures are emerging: Algae in ice derived from an anti-salinization well, snow which has entangled with sand along the shoreline, cracked mud as building blocks and colourful extrusive igneous rocks displayed on a warm bed of solidifying lava. All photographs are shot in The Netherlands, except the igneous rocks (Iceland).
